We've found that building custom basket from polypropylene material has met many of these needs. The material itself has an operating temp of 180 degrees Fahrenheit, and offers light weight durability with a broad range of chemical resistance. One of the most sought after benefits is the materials low conductivity of heat. This allows operators to handle the basket quicker and easier that metal since they are not overbearingly hot after they come from a wash or drying machine. |
